Slow response
Sent an email inquiry and it took four days to get a reply. By then I had already sourced the machine from another vendor.

Decent selection
They have a lot of stuff in stock. Good place if you need parts in a hurry. Counter staff is friendly and gets the orders right.

Poor communication
They promised to send a tech out on Tuesday but no one showed. Then they claimed they never got the ticket. Very frustrating for my production.
