Called them because my pump was making this awful grinding noise. A tech came by the next day, swapped out the bearings, and it's quiet as can be now. Definitely sticking with these guys for maintenance.

Usually good but the last service visit was sloppy. They left the gate unlatched and some equipment was just thrown on the grass instead of being put back in the shed. Needs more attention to detail.

Paid for a weekly cleaning package and they have missed two weeks in a row now without calling. When I did reach someone they were dismissive about it. Not happy at all with this experience.
