Bad service dept
Brought my CX-5 for an oil change. They kept it for four hours and it was way more expensive than quoted.

They failed to fix a simple engine light issue after three visits. Kept telling me it was fine. Very annoyed.

Bought a used car here. Sales staff was okay but the finance office tried to push a lot of extra junk.
