Poor communication
Dropped my motor off and didn't hear back for three days. Had to call them myself to find out they were waiting on a part that was out of stock.

If you need outboard work, bring it here. These guys are honest, fast, and know exactly what they are doing. Always happy with the end result.

Good reliable service
They did a good job on my annual maintenance. A little more expensive than the independent guy I used before, but the quality of work is much better.

Good local option
They are consistently good for parts and service. Nice people to deal with and they don't treat you like just another number in the system.
