The guy at the counter was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. My bike sat for three days untouched.

Had a major engine issue and they handled it professionally and fairly. Saved me a ton of cash compared to the dealer.

Mixed results on repairs
Sometimes they are fast, other times they hold your bike forever waiting on parts. Quality is fine, but patience is required.

Good local business for rides
Nice selection of bikes and good service on repairs. A little busy on weekends, but worth the trip.

Okay service, high prices
They did the job right, but the labor rates are getting pretty steep. Not sure if I'll return for routine stuff.
