Nice selection of homes on the lot. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the units. It took a while to close but we are happy.

Great home selection

House was nice
The home is great, but we had some trouble with the set-up crew being late. It ended up fine, but it was stressful waiting for them to arrive. We came in looking for a specific layout and met with Sarah, who really listened to what we wanted. It felt like they had plenty of inventory on the lot to browse through, but the actual delivery date ended up being pushed back twice because of a scheduling error. Once everything was finally set up, though, it looked fantastic.

Slow communication
Homes are nice but getting a call back was like pulling teeth. We like the house, but the buying process was pretty frustrating at times.
