Average bounce house rental
The castle was fun for the kids but it arrived about forty minutes late. A bit stressful since the party started at two, but it held up well.

Damaged unit
The bounce house had a small tear in the seam. It was still usable but definitely took away from the overall look and safety concern for me.

Perfect rental
Everything was great from start to finish. Good communication and they made sure everything was safe for the kids to use all day long.
