They messed up the order on my truck twice. No one takes responsibility and I have been waiting weeks for parts that were supposed to be there. Terrible communication from the start.

The guys in the commercial department know their trucks well. I came in looking for a specific fleet van and they walked me through the specs. Had to wait for a manager to approve, but it was smooth.
