Average dealership experience
Found a decent truck but the process took all afternoon. Sales staff were friendly enough, but the back office was definitely swamped.

Terrible financing experience
They ran my credit four times without permission and the interest rate was way higher than what I was pre-approved for. Do not trust them with your info.

Misleading pricing online
The price online didn't include a bunch of dealer fees they sprung on me at the end. Not cool to hide that until the last minute.
