Reserved gear online but they claimed it wasn't available when we showed up. The guy at the desk was dismissive and didn't offer a refund.

Best kayak rental on Captiva
Such a blast! The staff were super helpful getting us set up with life jackets and paddles. We had the best time exploring the mangroves.

Broken equipment ruined our trip
They rented us a kayak with a cracked hull. We started taking on water ten minutes in. Very dangerous and completely unacceptable.

Friendly crew and top equipment
Rented a couple of paddleboards and everything was in great shape. The team gave us some excellent tips on where to spot manatees today.
