Great quality equipment and very safe. It was a pretty busy morning so we had to wait about 20 minutes, but it was worth it.

Best kayak rental on Captiva
Such a blast! The staff were super helpful getting us set up with life jackets and paddles. We had the best time exploring the mangroves.

Broken equipment ruined our trip
They rented us a kayak with a cracked hull. We started taking on water ten minutes in. Very dangerous and completely unacceptable.

Friendly crew and top equipment
Rented a couple of paddleboards and everything was in great shape. The team gave us some excellent tips on where to spot manatees today.

Average rental experience overall
The equipment was fine but the process felt a little rushed. It was okay for a quick afternoon rental but nothing spectacular.
