The end result was good and I am satisfied with what I paid, but there were a couple of days where I had no idea what was happening. A short update email would have made the whole thing feel much smoother.

I had a fairly specific request and they took the time to understand it rather than pushing me to the standard package. The follow up afterwards was thoughtful and I never felt like just another order number.

Second time using them this year. Prices are fair, the staff clearly know the products, and when a small issue came up they fixed it the same day without any argument.
