Average experience with parts order
I needed a specific bolt for a repair. They didn't have it in stock and had to order it. Took five days longer than promised, but the part was correct.

Good service but limited stock
They have great service, but sometimes the more obscure parts for older tools need to be ordered. Still, they are the best option around here.

Great local hardware store
Everything you need and helpful advice to boot. The staff here actually knows how to use the tools they sell, which makes a huge difference.
