My bike wasn't ready when they promised it would be. They did offer me a loaner for the day though, so that helped.

Good bike but long wait
The bike is perfect, but the service department was super backed up during my last visit. Took over two hours for a simple checkup.

Good parts department
They always seem to have the specific hardware I need for my bike projects. Good staff, easy parking, always friendly.
