Very poor management communication
I was promised a follow-up call about a part issue and nobody ever reached out. I had to chase them down myself for three days. Not acceptable service.

Great car, typical dealership wait
Love the Model Y, but the showroom is always packed. Took a while to get through the financing paperwork even with an appointment, but the car is fantastic.

Good vehicle but busy location
Love the Model 3, but this location is always slammed. Expect to wait a bit even if you have an appointment. Other than that, the service is fine.
