Rude staff and broken equipment
My kayak had a leak and when I told the staff, they acted like it was my fault. Extremely rude behavior and no offer for a discount or swap. Never again.

The reservation system failed and they didn't have my kayak ready after I drove an hour. The employees were dismissive and refused to help find a solution.

Solid place for rentals
Good variety of kayaks and very convenient location. My only complaint is the shop could be a bit cleaner inside, but the gear itself was perfectly fine.
