Love the apartment layout and location. Parking can be tight after 8pm, but it's a minor annoyance.

Too loud for the price
Walls are super thin and I can hear everything from my neighbors. Not great for the price.

Major maintenance issues
My AC went out and it took three days to get a repair. Unacceptable for this price.
