Good place to live overall
Pretty happy here. The rent is a bit high compared to others, but the location makes up for it. Would be a 5 if the gym equipment was updated more often.

I have been here for two years now and honestly have no complaints. It is quiet, safe, and the neighbors are respectful. Excellent location near everything you need.

Very disappointed in the service
My experience has been awful. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors constantly. Despite multiple complaints to management, nothing has changed. Very loud.

Friendly management team here
The management team is top-notch. I had an issue with my AC unit during the heatwave and they sent someone out within an hour. They really care about the residents.

Solid community with minor issues
I enjoy living here. The staff is helpful, especially when I get my packages delivered. Just wish parking spots were a bit wider, it is tight for my SUV.

Horrible move-in experience
The unit was not cleaned when I arrived, and I had to scrub the floors myself. Plus, the dishwasher was broken. Nobody seemed to care at the front office.

Avoid this place at all costs
Maintenance is a joke. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling that went unfixed for three weeks. They just kept giving me excuses instead of fixing the issue properly.
