Overpriced for what you get. The AC unit was rattling the whole night and the room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in weeks.

Needs major updates
The rooms are outdated and smell slightly of mildew. The marina side is nice, but I wouldn't recommend the actual hotel part.

Everything was excellent
I've stayed at many places in Crystal River and this one is definitely my favorite. Peaceful and very well run.
