The shop is really well stocked and the staff knows their machines inside and out. Sarah helped me find the right needles for my embroidery project. Only dropped one star because the store was pretty crowded and hard to navigate today.

I ordered a specific foot pedal for my Singer last month and it still hasn't shown up. When I call, they tell me it's on backorder but no one can give me an actual date. Pretty frustrated with the lack of communication.
