Solid service but slightly long wait
The service team is top-notch and fixed my S60 right up. My only gripe is that it took a bit longer than promised to get the part in.

Communication issues during my service visit
I dropped off my XC90 for a routine check, and it sat for hours without an update. I had to call twice just to see what was happening.
