i have been coming to tim smith for years because the service department is actually honest. last week my check engine light came on and i was expecting a huge bill. i brought it in, and the tech, rob, spent time explaining that it was just a loose sensor that they could tighten up for me for almost nothing. they fixed it, washed the car, and had me back home before lunch. it is rare to find a dealership that treats people with this much integrity and respect for their time.

    avoid this place

    they sold me a car with hidden issues and refuse to take responsibility. absolute nightmare trying to get anyone to talk to me about the repairs.
