they stripped a lug nut and didnt tell me. i found out when i went to rotate them myself. very sloppy work and nobody wants to take responsibility.

long wait times
left my car for an oil change and it took way longer than expected. no one called to update me. they were busy but the lack of communication was frustrating.

excellent work
came in for a slow leak. mike found a tiny nail, patched it up, and had me out the door in under thirty minutes. service was excellent and cheap.

average wait for tires
the guys are nice enough but the wait was longer than they told me. took about two hours to get four tires mounted. the work looks good though.
