Waited for 4 hours just to find out they didn't have my tires. No one updated me, they just left me sitting there in the lobby.

Stay away from this shop
Went in for a simple rotation and they told me I needed all new parts. Total scam. Then they didn't even put the lug nuts on tight.

Tires done right
Had a set of Michelins installed and the ride is so much smoother now. They balanced them perfectly. Great job by the crew.
