Had an appointment for service but they didn't have my parts ready. Spent four hours sitting in the lobby for no reason. Extremely poor management.

Good inventory
The selection of cars is really strong here. I found a great deal on a crossover, although the wait to talk to the finance guy was a bit long. Overall happy with the deal.
