Convenient for small projects
Rented a pressure washer. Staff helped me load it into the car. It was a bit dirty from the previous user, but it functioned exactly as needed.

Broken equipment ruined my day
I rented a carpet cleaner and it leaked water everywhere. Ruined my floor and they just shrugged their shoulders. Extremely disappointed with the quality.

Total disaster of a rental
Rented a saw that was missing parts. They didn't even check before giving it to me. Had to drive back and forth twice. Terrible lack of attention.
