tools are decent but the wait in line is often annoying. it would be nice if they had an express lane for people who already have reservations.

reserved a post hole digger online but they claimed it wasnt there when i arrived. wasted an hour of my time driving over there for nothing.

easy to reserve equipment online. just wish the pickup process was a little faster during peak morning hours. otherwise, the gear is top tier.

rented a pressure washer for the weekend and it worked perfectly. staff showed me how to use it properly and check the oil. very helpful team here.
