Poor inventory management
Website said they had the filter in stock, but when I drove all the way there, the shelf was empty. They didn't seem to care much about my wasted trip.

Wrong part ordered twice
They ordered the wrong alternator for my truck twice. Had to keep coming back. Super annoying since I just wanted to get my repair finished over the weekend.

Never answering the phone
Tried calling all morning to check stock. Just rings and rings. Eventually drove over and nobody was even busy, they were just hanging around the back.

Bad attitude at the counter
The guy at the front seemed annoyed that I was even asking for help. Just felt like a burden to him. I will probably look for another store next time.

Fast and accurate parts
Always find what I need here. Walked in with my VIN and the guy had the brake pads ready in five minutes. Prices seem right in line with everywhere else.

It is a decent spot if you know exactly what you need. Don't expect them to spend twenty minutes helping you troubleshoot your engine problems though.

Friendly and helpful crew
Needed a specific gasket for my old engine and they took the time to look it up in the manual. Rare to find people who actually care about older vehicle parts.
