Online order was a mess
Ordered items for store pickup and they weren't ready. Then they couldn't find my order at all. Spent an hour standing at the customer service desk waiting.

Long lines and no help
Waited at the register for ten minutes while two employees chatted nearby. Eventually had to go find someone myself. Not impressed with the service today.

Decent stock but slow service
They had the fencing supplies I needed for my goats, but it took forever to find someone to help me load it. The floor staff seemed pretty overwhelmed today.

Average store with standard inventory
It's a fine store if you need basics, but they don't carry a huge selection of heavy equipment accessories. Good enough for a quick run, nothing special.

Good selection of farm gear
Stopped in for some tractor oil and hydraulic fluid. Well-stocked and the aisles were clear. Just wish they had more registers open during the lunch hour rush.

Terrible customer service experience
Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in. I spent thirty minutes looking for a specific nozzle and when I asked, the employee just pointed and walked away. Rude.
