Okay shop but slow turn-around
They do good work but it took way longer than expected to get my bike back. Communication could be better regarding wait times.

Average experience with tune-up
The bike was tuned well, but the brake cable adjustment wasn't quite right. Had to take it back once to get it dialed in properly.
