Picked up a sport bike and the guys were incredible. They set up the suspension for me and walked me through the maintenance schedule.

Great shop, service a bit slow
I love the work they do, but they are often backed up with repairs. Once you get your bike back, it's worth the wait though.

Terrible service on my trade-in
Tried to trade in my bike and they lowballed me so badly it was insulting. Don't waste your time here.

Disappointed with repair time
Left my bike for a tune-up, they said two days, took a week. Didn't call me once. Frustrating experience.

Middle of the road service
Sometimes they are fast, sometimes it takes forever. Just depends on who is working that day I guess.
