the floors look okay from a distance but up close there are gaps between the boards. disappointed given how much i paid for this.

they damaged my baseboards during installation and tried to hide it with caulk. absolutely shameful workmanship and zero accountability.

terrible work. they did my floors and two weeks later the planks are peeling up. i have called five times and no one calls back.
