We brought our own boat and the slips were perfect. The resort is very well maintained and check-in was smooth. We will likely be making this a yearly trip for the family.

This place is a hidden gem. The landscaping is beautiful and the staff is so attentive. My kids loved the pool area and we felt safe the entire time. Definitely five stars.

Very clean and the staff is very accommodating. My husband enjoyed fishing right off the dock. Only taking a star off because the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty during our entire stay.

Easy access to the lake, clean facilities, and nice staff. We had no issues at all. We will be back next month for another weekend of fishing and relaxing.

The place is beautiful but the walls are paper thin. We barely slept because the people next door were partying until 2 AM. Staff did nothing to stop it.

Simple and clean. The marina is definitely the highlight. If you enjoy being on the water, this is the place to be in DeLand. Staff were helpful with our trailer parking.

I came for a solo fishing trip and stayed for a week. The staff made me feel right at home. The property is well-lit at night and very secure. I had a wonderful experience.

I loved the quiet atmosphere. It is the perfect spot if you want to just disconnect. We had a great time sitting by the water and watching the sunset. Can't wait to come back next spring.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was heaven. The marina staff helped us launch our boat without any fuss. The room was super clean and the view of Lake Beresford is unbeatable.

The location is fantastic but the rooms are looking a bit tired. Some of the furniture in our unit was chipped and the curtains were stuck. Great potential but needs maintenance.

We had two rooms and both were spotless. The staff went out of their way to provide us with extra towels and chairs for the pool. It made our trip so much easier.

Rooms are basic but very clean and cozy. You can't beat the access to the lake. The staff are friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We had a great time overall.

Had a nice time hanging out on the pier. The rooms are dated but they have plenty of charm. It's a great spot for a relaxed weekend near the water.
