They definitely know mechanics, but communication could be better. I didn't get an update for a week until I called in myself to check on the bike.

Great attention to detail
These guys treat your bike like their own. Had a great experience getting some aftermarket parts installed. Definitely coming back next season.

Never fixed the issue
Paid them for a diagnostic and repair, but the same issue happened again the next day. Waste of money and my bike is still broken.
