Great customer service
Had a last minute move and they really came through. The reservation was ready when I got there. Definitely the best spot in Beverly Hills.

Easy moving day
Got a 15 foot truck here last weekend. The process was pretty quick and the staff was helpful. It was clean enough for my move across town.

Terrible experience
The truck I reserved wasn't available when I arrived. I had to wait over an hour and nobody really seemed to care about my schedule. Very frustrating.
