Broken equipment ruined our ride
The chain snapped on my bike 10 minutes into the trail. Had to walk the bike all the way back. Not properly maintained.

Worst rental experience ever
Bikes were rusted, brakes were squeaking, and the staff was rude when I mentioned it. Do not waste your money here.

Perfect day at Alafia
Fast check-in process and great bikes. We were on the trail in 15 minutes. Everything was well-oiled and shifted smoothly.

Staff was not helpful today
Had a flat tire and they didn't have any spares ready. Had to cut the ride short and get a refund. Needs better preparation.

Overpriced and underprepared
The bike I got had loose handle bars. When I told them, they just tightened it quickly instead of swapping it. Sketchy.
