Needed some equipment but it wasn't ready when I showed up at the scheduled time. Took about 45 minutes to get it sorted out. Gear was fine though.

Decent service
The equipment I rented was good, but the return process was a bit slow. There was a long line and only one guy working the desk. Otherwise everything is fine.
