Worst experience ever
Clerk was extremely rude and threw my package on the scale like it was garbage. Won't be coming back here.

Terrible service today
Waited in line for forty minutes just for the clerk to tell me they couldn't help with my claim. Waste of time.

Long lines during peak
Standard service, but the lines get very long during the morning. Could use more staff at the front desk.
