The process was a total mess today. I waited for hours and there was zero communication about what was happening. Extremely frustrating experience.

Efficient processing, decent facility
The visit went smoothly. Staff was professional, though security checks always take longer than you expect. Otherwise, things were handled properly.

Top tier management
The facility is very well managed. It's a stressful environment but the team manages it with patience and a high level of expertise.
