Lost my deposit
They took my money and never secured the car. I had to call them multiple times and they still couldn't tell me what happened. Stay away from these guys.

Bad communication
They were hard to reach after I signed the initial paperwork. I had to chase them for updates on the car status. Really frustrating process for me today.
