Quick and easy service
Came in to add a new line for my daughter. Mike was great and handled the activation on the spot. Everything was ready to go before I left the building.

Avoided answering my questions
Came in to look at plan options and felt ignored by the staff for like twenty minutes. Once they helped me they seemed annoyed that I had questions.
