Long wait for service
Dropped my Jetta off for an oil change. It took way longer than they said it would, even with an appointment. Staff was friendly but slow.

Top notch dealership
I went in just to look at the new models and ended up driving home in a Golf. Finance was quick and I felt good about the price.
