Perfect day cycling
Super easy rental process. Picked up the bikes in New Town and they were perfect. The staff gave us some great tips on routes to avoid the heavy traffic.

Absolute disaster of a rental
Went to pick up our bikes and they didn't have the size we reserved. The employee was rude and dismissive. Ended up walking back to the hotel. Never again.

Bikes were in poor shape
Rented two cruisers and both had flat tires within an hour. The chain on one kept slipping too. Not a good start to our vacation.
