Waited twenty minutes to be helped while staff chatted. When I finally asked for help they seemed annoyed. I am going elsewhere next time.

Selection is decent but the counter guy was a bit distracted. Got my parts but it took longer than I expected to get checked out.

Super helpful staff
Came in for e-bike advice and the team was knowledgeable. Took their time explaining the battery maintenance which was really helpful.
