Good scooters but long wait
My new scooter is awesome, but it took way longer than expected to get it through their shop inspection. Good quality, just bring patience.

Worst customer service ever
They promised to call me when a part came in and never did. I had to chase them down for weeks. Terrible communication and no follow-through.

Good products and decent shop
Really happy with my new scooter. It runs perfectly. A little bit of a wait for service but they are clearly doing great work.
