This was my first time buying a motor scooter, so I had a lot of basic questions. The person helping me never made me feel silly and walked me through starting, storage, braking, and what maintenance to expect. I was able to sit on several models and compare the seat height before deciding. The sales process took a reasonable amount of time, and everything on the paperwork was explained clearly. Before I left, they checked the tires and controls and made sure I knew how to operate the scooter safely. I appreciated that nobody tried to rush me into a larger model than I needed. Really positive experience from beginning to end.

I visited with only a general idea of what I wanted and ended up getting exactly the right scooter for my commute. The employee helping me compared wheel size, storage space, and riding position in terms I could understand. I was encouraged to take my time rather than make a quick decision. Checkout was orderly, and they reviewed the basic maintenance schedule before I left. My scooter was prepared properly and looked great at pickup. I’m very satisfied with both the purchase and the service.

I stopped by Wild Wheels of Florida after looking at scooters elsewhere, and this visit was easily the most comfortable. The staff gave me room to browse but stayed available when I had questions about mileage, parts availability, and routine service. I took my time choosing and never felt pushed toward the most expensive option. Once I decided, the paperwork was organized and moved along without much waiting. They also went over the controls and helped load the scooter securely for the trip home. The scooter was spotless and has been running exactly as expected. I would gladly return here for accessories, service, or another purchase in the future.

I bought a scooter here expecting basic communication after the sale, but getting answers became nearly impossible. I called multiple times about a problem that showed up shortly after pickup and kept hearing that someone would get back to me. Nobody did. When I finally reached the right person, I felt brushed off instead of helped. The friendly attitude during the purchase disappeared once they had my money. I would not buy from this location again based on how I was treated.

I wanted to like this place, but my experience was frustrating. The scooter selection was decent and the employee who first greeted me was polite, yet the rest felt disorganized. I waited longer than expected for paperwork, and a couple of questions about service coverage got different answers depending on who I asked. After the sale, getting a return call took several attempts. The scooter itself is fine, but the lack of consistent communication made the purchase much more stressful than necessary.
