Misleading information about vehicle condition
Car was advertised as having no issues but it needed major engine work within a week. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.

Unresponsive staff during my visit
Stood around for twenty minutes waiting for someone to help me look at a used sedan. Nobody acknowledged me even though the lot was empty.
