Good car, minor wait
I'm happy with the crossover I bought here. It was clean, drove well, and matched the description I was given over the phone. The staff was friendly and the final amount was explained before signing. Paperwork took longer than I expected, but nobody was rude or pushy. Overall, it was still a solid buying experience.

No pressure at all
I stopped in expecting the usual pushy sales pitch, but I never got one. The guy helping me let me look over two SUVs, answered my questions, and gave me plenty of time for a test drive. The vehicle was clean, the numbers were explained clearly, and I left feeling good about the purchase. Great experience.

Easy from start to finish
I had been shopping around for a used truck and was getting tired of vague answers from other lots. At 1 stp motorsz, I was able to take my time checking the truck, look under the hood, and drive it on both side streets and the highway. Nobody hovered over me or rushed the decision. They went through the vehicle history and explained the financing terms in plain language before I signed anything. The truck was detailed and the AC blew cold, which matters a lot in Florida. I also got a follow-up after the sale to make sure everything was okay. I would gladly buy from them again.

Decent car, uneven process
My experience was somewhere in the middle. The car itself has been dependable so far, and the salesperson gave me enough room to inspect it and take a proper test drive. I also appreciated that the advertised price did not suddenly change once I sat down. The downside was the amount of waiting. I spent quite a while before the financing paperwork was ready, and I had to ask twice for an update instead of someone checking in with me. The interior could have been cleaned better too, especially around the cup holders and back seat. I don't regret buying the car, but the customer service and vehicle preparation could be more consistent.

Found a dependable car
My old car died unexpectedly, and I needed something dependable without dragging the process out.
