My experience was somewhere in the middle. The car itself has been dependable so far, and the salesperson gave me enough room to inspect it and take a proper test drive. I also appreciated that the advertised price did not suddenly change once I sat down. The downside was the amount of waiting. I spent quite a while before the financing paperwork was ready, and I had to ask twice for an update instead of someone checking in with me. The interior could have been cleaned better too, especially around the cup holders and back seat. I don't regret buying the car, but the customer service and vehicle preparation could be more consistent.
