I started coming in because my upper back kept tightening up after long shifts. What stood out was how carefully the chiropractor listened before recommending anything. The exam felt thorough, the adjustment was comfortable, and I never felt like I was being moved through an assembly line. The front desk also helped me understand the visit schedule and paperwork without making it complicated. After a few appointments, I’m moving easier and sleeping more comfortably. I’m genuinely pleased with the care I’ve received.

    More sales than care

    I wanted to like this office, but the visit felt more focused on signing me up than addressing why I came in. I completed a lot of paperwork, waited longer than expected, and then spent only a short time discussing my discomfort. The staff stayed polite, but the explanation of the recommended plan and payment options felt rushed and unclear. I asked for time to think it over and still received follow-up messages that seemed overly persistent. The adjustment itself was okay, but I didn’t leave feeling confident about the process or what would happen next. A simpler explanation, less pressure, and more attention during the exam would have made a big difference for me.
